- HEAVY DUTY WATERPROOF TENT: One-piece canopy made from 16 oz block-out PVC vinyl that's flame resistant and 100% waterproof. The tent also features 1" heat-sealed overlap seams, 2" nylon webbing and multi-layered reinforcement at all pole locations for maximum durability and longevity. There are also replaceable polyester sidewall ropes fastened with polyester webbing to allow for the addition of sidewalls (sold separately).
- CUSTOMIZABLE AND ADAPTABLE: West Coast Party Tents are an expandable system. This means that the same components, pipes, and fittings can be used to build a variety of different sizes. So when you need to accommodate larger crowds and uses, you can simply acquire the additional pieces needed to expand the system instead of purchasing a whole new tent. Most parts are also interchangeable to other manufacturer's West Coast Frame Tents.

The tent for party sits 50 people for sit down dinners, 60 people for buffet-style dinners, 75 people for cathedral (row) seating, and 120 for stand up, cocktail style parties.
West Coast Frame Tents are freestanding tents - ideal for being set up close to buildings as no extra space is needed for guy ropes. They can be set up on grass, asphalt, concrete or decks. A frame tent has no center poles, allowing for more flexibility with interior space. The actual frame of the tent is made of 2-inch anodized aluminum pipes visible along the inside of the tent top. Frame tents are extremely sturdy, and unlike pole tents they are more resistant to wind and other weather conditions. Although support ropes aren't needed, the tent still needs to be staked to the ground, anchored to inserts, tied off to concrete weights, or a combination of these anchoring methods. During installation, the frame is typically built on the ground before the pvc fabric top is skinned over the frame and the frame is lifted into place.
